SLICES TO GOLDEN SHRIMP




Ingredients:

     * 200 gr. of shrimps
     * A boiled potato
     * an onion
     * an egg
     * 10 slices of bread
     * peanut oil


Preparation:
Peel the potatoes and peel the onion, chop in a food processor and add the shrimp, egg and 3 tablespoons of cold water. Mix until a smooth mixture.

Spread the mixture on both sides of the slices of bread, then fry in hot oil in skillet. Far brown the slices on both sides, drain and dry on paper towels.

Serve hot.
