ROLLS escarole



Ingredients:

     * two dozen squares of puff pastry
     * 400 gr. escarole
     * 1 clove garlic
     * 20 gr. toasted pine nuts
     * 10 gr. capers
     * 10 gr. grated pecorino cheese
     * 1 egg
     * olive oil


Preparation:
Wash and chop the escarole sauté a bit 'of peeled garlic with a little olive oil. Add the endive, cook for about 10 minutes, then add the pine nuts, chopped capers and cheese.

Spread the escarole in a dozen pieces of pastry, then cover with other pieces of dough, roll each roll well and brush the edges of the dough with the beaten egg to seal well.

Then put in oven at 200 ° C for about 10 minutes.
