RICE STUFFED CROQUETTES




Ingredients:

     * 300 gr. risotto
     * 2 eggs
     * 40 gr. Parmesan
     * a cup of meat sauce
     * breadcrumbs


Preparation:
Use of advanced rice, add one egg beaten with a little parmesan and a pinch of salt.

Place the palm of your hand a spoonful of risotto. Create a groove and get into the meat sauce. Cover with more rice and form a round ball.

Dip the croquettes in beaten egg and bread crumbs. Fry in hot olive oil.
