Recipe: Mussels au gratin




Ingredients:

     * 1 kg. Mussels
     * Parsley
     * garlic
     * fresh breadcrumbs
     Oil *
     * oregano
     * salt and pepper


Preparation:
Scrape and wash the mussels. Put them in a pan on the stove until they all open. Sprinkle half shells open with parsley and garlic, then add salt, pepper and oregano. Then season with extra virgin olive oil and fresh bread crumbs.

Gratin in the oven for 4 or 5 minutes, serving hot with adding a few slices of lemon.
