BITES OF PRAGUE




Ingredients:

     * 4 slices of prosciutto di Praga
     * 100 gr. Emmentaler
     * A teaspoon of mustard
     * chopped parsley
     * extra virgin olive oil


Preparation:
Spread a thin layer of mustard on each slice of Prague and lay sticks and emmentaler little chopped parsley. Roll up and place the rolls in a frying pan.

A covered container and reheat over moderate heat for two or three minutes and serve drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
