Recipe: Olive Spread ARANCINI AL




Ingredients:

     * 200 grams of rice
     * 300 ml. broth
     * Onion
     * 100 gr. of olive paste
     * an egg
     * salt and white pepper
     * Two tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
     * flour
     * breadcrumbs
     * olive oil


Preparation:
Make a risotto with sautéed onion, broth and 20 g of olive paste. When the risotto has cooled add the rest of pate, a whole egg and parmesan cheese, white pepper.

Make into balls the size of olives. Dip them in flour, beaten egg and bread crumbs. Fry and serve hot.
