Recipe: Turnovers SALTED


Ingredients:

     * 300 g of yeast bread dough
     * 200 g of Ricotta Romana
     * 50 g pecorino cheese
     * seed oil
     * salt
     * pepper


Preparation:
Roll out the bread dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of inch. With a pastry rings to get jagged edges of the discs of 8 cm.

In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese and freshly ground pepper, a little salt.

At the center of each disk of dough to put a teaspoon of filling and then moisten the edge with a little water and match the edges giving the shape of a crescent.

Have plenty of warm vegetable oil and fry a few at a time panzarotti. Serve immediately.
