Salame White Chocolate & Coffee Recipe




Ingredients

Serves 4

200 grams of gold biscuits biscuit
120 g butter
2 egg yolks
150 grams of white chocolate
1 cucchinodi coffee powder
1 small glass of sweet dessert wine
Directions

Whip the egg yolks with sugar and add the butter, previously melted (preferably in a water bath). Add the melted white chocolate in a bain marie and the past and mix well.
