Salame White Chocolate & Coffee Recipe
Ingredients
Serves 4
• 200 grams of gold biscuits biscuit
• 120 g butter
• 2 egg yolks
• 150 grams of white chocolate
• 1 cucchinodi coffee powder
• 1 small glass of sweet dessert wine
Directions
Whip the egg yolks with sugar and add the butter, previously melted (preferably in a water bath). Add the melted white chocolate in a bain marie and the past and mix well. Crumble the biscuits and add them to the compound. Mix well and pour over the foil and roll giving the shape of a sausage. Chill several hours. Serve sliced.
