Recipes - Meat Tofu Asparagus Ungkep


Preparations are complete tofu is perfect for a light dinner. Asparagus is crunchy, soft tofu, meat and mushrooms are tasty, chewy texture contrast that feels more comfortable as seasoned lightly with natural flavor. Prove just delicious!

Material:

     * 200 g tofu, drained, chopped
     * 100 g of meat has beef / beef sukiyaki, thinly sliced
     * 4 stems green asparagus, cleaned, cut into pieces
     * 3 pieces of oyster mushrooms / shitake, clean
     * Seasonings, mix well:
     * 150 ml water
     * 75 ml Japanese soy sauce
     * 1 tsp sesame puree
     * 2 cloves garlic, grated
     * 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
     * 1 tsp sugar
     * 1 teaspoon salt


Method:

     * Arrange the tofu and meat in a pan or skillet.
     * Pour the seasoning ingredients, cover the pan, cook over medium heat to boil.
     * Stir and turning occasionally. Add asparagus and mushrooms.
     * Cook until sauce is reduced and the vegetables are tender.
     * Remove and serve warm.
     * For 4 people
