Doughnuts Recipe Soft


Material A:
850 gr flour "Cakra" / wheat flour Japan (Komachi)
30 g instant yeast
10 g salt
600 ml of boiled water (if you use chakra flour, reduce the 75-100 ml)

Material B:
125 gr sugar
100 g eggs
125 gr white butter / shortening
200 gr wheat flour "chakra" / Japanese flour
10 g salt
60 grams of milk powder FC

Directions:
1. A Stir ingredients until smooth, rest for 90 minutes diwadah

Note: - If using flour Chakra, the dose of water must
