Chicken Steak Recipe
Material:
• 1 whole chicken in the country
• 1 egg
• 100 gr bread flour
• 50 gr flour
• 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon vinegar
• 4 lettuce leaves
• 1 red tomato
• 1 cucumber
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
How to cook:
• Chicken cleaned, discard the bones, legs and head. Sliced thin, put salt, pepper to taste.
• Add teoung flour all over the chicken slices until blended.
• Combine the beaten egg, add more bread crumbs until evenly until chicken covered with flour.
• Heat the oil, then fry until yellowish.
