Agar-agar Fantasy




Ingredients A:
* 300 cc of fresh milk (approximately)
* 1 egg white
* raisins for garnish (if necessary)
* 1 packet of white gelatin
* 100 grams sugar
* salt to taste

Ingredients B:
* 400 cc water
* 10 cookie cutter bowl
* 10 muffin mold
* 1 packet of white gelatin
* 80 grams sugar
* a pinch of salt
* red dye

How to Make it:
a. For material I: ripe white gelatin, sugar, milk, and salt until boiling. Remove and set aside.
b. Beat the egg whites until stiff then pour the batter for-agarnya. Stir until blended.
c. Fill the dough in a cookie cutter hinggan bowl full. Part of muffin batter is filled in (only 3 / 4 sections)
d. For material II: Mix water, sugar, gelatin and salt. Cook until boiling. For the second batter. One section was given a white color, some are colored red.
e. Remove the pudding from the mold for cupcakes and then flush the surface covered with a layer of red to red. Freeze.
f. Once frozen and cut into 4 sections collated in such a way that the fissure-shaped flowers on cetakkan muffins containing agar earlier.
g. Sprinkle the center of the dough for white (material II) up for earlier flower-shaped stick with that in the muffin tins. Put the raisins in the middle and then chill.
h. Remove from mold and serve.

Less is more for 10 pieces
